Ukrainian authorities have declared the commencement of large-scale manufacturing for an innovative locally engineered defensive UAV to reinforce its air defences. Three initial manufacturers have started manufacturing, with an additional eleven preparing to set up assembly lines, Ukrainian military officials announced this past Friday.

'Octopus' Technology Proven in Battlefield Situations

The drones will be based on a domestically developed technology known as “Octopus” designed to intercept Iranian-made drones.
